Why I'm writing here

For a while my writing has lived on other people’s platforms. That has reach, but it also has a tax: the format flattens ideas, the feed forgets them in a day, and none of it is really mine.

This site is the fix. It is a small, owned corner of the web where I can think out loud and let the good ideas accumulate instead of scroll past.

Most of what I do sits at the intersection of three things: AI, the way work actually gets done inside organisations, and the people who have to change how they work. I spend my time helping enterprises get past the pilot stage, where everyone has tried a tool but nothing about the org has actually changed.

That is the through line you can expect here. Less hot takes, more of the patterns I keep running into: where AI changes the economics of a workflow, why training is the part everyone underinvests in, and what it really takes for a change to stick.

If that is useful to you, good. Subscribe to the feed, or find me on the links in the footer.
